Initial site visit
We’ll visit the proposed site to discuss your goals, understand your vision, and ensure we’re aligned on the project’s key details. You’ll need to obtain concept plans in order for us to provide a project price guide. We have recommended architects & building designers, so reach out if you need direction.
Price guide
We’ll provide a price guide for your project based on your available concept plans. Pending the guide’s feasibility, the next step is to finalise your architectural & engineering plans to obtain a detailed estimate and DA or CDC approvals.
Detailed estimate
You’ll walk away with a comprehensive breakdown for the agreed scope of works and clarity over your project costs. We liaise with key stakeholders & contractors, conduct build & material research and cross-check our quoting against independent quantity surveyors to ensure accuracy.
Contract
Upon estimate acceptance, we will move forward with the formal building contract, obtain HBCF insurance specific to your project, create a project schedule and liaise with your architect & certifier to get you build-ready.
Construction begins!
Now you’ve got all your approvals, it’s time to build! We keep you updated with regular on-site meetings, weekly recaps and online build schedules.
