How it works…

1. Say hello!

Reach out via our contact form.

Please include brief details of your project, preferred start date and attach architectural and engineering plans (if you have them).

2. Initial site visit

We’ll visit the proposed site to discuss your goals, understand your vision, and ensure we’re aligned on the project’s key details. We’ll also assess your site, existing house and access.

3. Project feasibility

We will provide a complimentary project price guide based on your concept plans.

If you haven’t yet had concept plans drawn, we have recommended architects & building designers, so reach out if you need direction.

4. Finalise documents

Pending the price guide’s feasibility, the next step is to finalise your architectural plans, and obtain engineering plans and a GeoTech report.

5. Detailed estimate

The information received in step 4 allows us to begin the detailed estimate process.

We liaise with key stakeholders & subcontractors, conduct build & material research and cross-check our quoting against independent quantity surveyors to ensure accuracy.

Once complete, you’ll receive a comprehensive breakdown for the agreed scope of works and clarity over your project costs.

The fee for this service is refunded upon signing a building contract. Pending design & site complexity, allow 4 - 6 weeks for this process.

6. Contract & start date

Upon estimate acceptance, we will discuss your build timeline and the most appropriate contract for your project.

In collaboration with your architect and certifier, we then get to work coordinating the required documentation to get you build-ready.
